With an innovative
self-sealing construction, the Expedial Vascular
Access Graft allows for expedited dialysis, rapid
hemostasis and dramatically reduces suture hole
bleeding. With a spongy polycarbonate urethane inner
composition and a compression and twist resistant
outer diagonal mesh, it's the ideal choice for
expedited dialysis.
The polymer material used in graft construction is
sufficiently firm to resist compression and twisting
and is stabile chemically. The device is a
self-sealing vascular access graft that can be used
almost immediately following surgical placement. The
surgeon can cut, trim and shape the graft without
delaminating the outer mesh material. Suture hole
bleeding is minimal or absent; heparin impregnation
helps to protect the device against early
thrombosis.
- Self-sealing allowing for immediate
puncture and dialysis if necessary.
- Self-sealing design minimizes blood
loss and time to hemostasis to only
minutes after needle withdrawal.
- Self-sealing properties dramatically
reduce suture hole bleeding.
- Radially and longitudinally elastic
structure.
- Outer diagonal mesh provides
compression and twist resistance.
- Cuts, trims and shapes with ease
without delamination.
- Heparin impregnation improves
protection against early thrombosis.
- The soft, elastic material allows
for easier needle insertion
