Wounds should be fully healed
Precautions:

Small unhealed areas should be covered with a
gauze pad to prevent staining and soiling
the garment.
- Can only be used under medical direction.
- When pressure garments are used to manage children's facial scars, it is
recommended that orthodontic review is
concurrently undertaken.
- Do not wear in the bath or shower
- Jobskin provides no sun protection. Alternative precautions
should be taken
- Patients with the following should be assessed on an individual basis by
a Clinician before using the pressure
garment:

Patients with Neuropathy

Paralysed patients
-
Patients on pain relief
-
Diabetic patients with small vessel damage

Patients with arterial insufficiency
