Built on
the proven technology platform of the CMS2000 Contrast
Management System, the Voyageris designed for use in
interventional radiology and endovascular surgical
procedures.
Only one system is required for the entire procedure,
whether small or large injections are being utilized,
and the System can be set up prior to the patient
entering the room.
The physician controls the amount of contrast being
delivered to the patient via the AngioTouchHand
Controller, which operates similar to an auto
accelerator. The more thumb pressure applied to the
contrast button, the greater the volume of contrast
delivered at an increased flow rate.
This allows for precise, reproducible injections that
control and limit the total amount of contrast
administered to the patient. In addition, the disposable
syringe is re-useable for up to five cases,
thereby allowing the hospital to reduce waste associated
with remaining contrast in the syringe and in the bottle
at the end of the each case.
